We’re currently looking for an A-player to join our team and help assist our AMAZING customers online, through social media channels and in our beautiful spa location on St. Simons Island, Georgia. In a nutshell, it’s someone who has worked in – or is currently working in – a customer service position and is highly self-disciplined and can get the job done with minimal supervision.
Furthermore, the ideal candidate is..
Reliable. We are talking about very reliable. Not the, “This usually doesn’t happen, but it happened again” type. We’re a small team and everyone must pull their weight. That means showing up every day and on time — no exceptions (save for a major emergency).
A natural with people (i.e. very personable and someone who easily makes conversation —even with a perfect stranger). Furthermore, it’s someone who loves talking to and helping customers.
Experienced and comfortable with taking incoming calls/making outgoing calls. Patient, kind, and courteous. The words, “please” and “thank you” should be your “go-to” words when communicating with a customer.
Happy to perform repetitive tasks and answer the same core group of questions day-in and day-out.
Is fairly tech-savvy. You must know your way around email, Microsoft Office, Google Suite and apps like Instagram, Facebook and Twitter as well as several other administrative/web-based programs related to customer care. It is a bonus if you are fast at typing.
Highly organized, and can multi-task with ease. The ideal candidate likely works off checklists and makes sure repetitive tasks are completed with pinpoint accuracy.

Responsive to every one of our customer’s inquiries via telephone, email (online ticketing system) and all social media channels – Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, in a timely fashion. Typical scenarios include tracking lost packages, helping people log on to our website, issuing instructions for returns, tracking loyalty reward points and answering basic skin care/skin care routine questions after learning our products inside and out.
Making sure every customer is fully satisfied with the proposed resolution you put forth. And above all, keeping your cool and remaining professional when conflicts inevitably arise. If you don’t have thick skin, this position is probably not for you. Here’s why…the overwhelming majority of our customers are a pleasure to deal with. But on occasion, you will interface with someone that is irate, or rarely, even hostile. Whether justifiably so or not, it’s your job to make things right and turn them into a raving fan.
Communicating with our fulfillment team to identify and correct mistakes with shipments.
Assisting in our St. Simons Island spa with booking facial appointments via phone, online and in person; helping prepare for scheduled spa appointments; and assisting our guests when they arrive. We want them to feel welcome and well cared for and you’re a big part of making that happen.
Helping our customers find just what they’re looking for and ringing up their purchases via our Shopify point of sale system in person or via telephone.
Capable of being our lead salesperson at our St. Simons Island spa location, responsible for educating our customers and being the master of our Shopify point of sale system by expertly handling sales transactions, returns, exchanges, gift cards, the OLO Love Club Rewards Program and cash handling.
Passionate about building long lasting client relationships through excellent customer service and product education.Able to manage the day-to-day operations of our St. Simons Island spa location by handling cash deposits, maintaining vendor accounts, tracking and replenishing product inventory and keeping up with all of the supplies we need to keep on hand to keep everything running smoothly.
Able to assist our Director of Sales with the organization and execution of in-store events, in-store marketing, service inquiries and special projects for our St. Simons Island spa location.This is a full-time position.
Currently, we have an opening for 10 AM to 6 PM EST, Monday through Friday. We offer a health benefits package, paid sick time off and vacation.
